At DrDocuments, we use experienced human transcriptionists to transcribe your dictations, not computers. Uploading your Dictation is as easy as transferring a file using our Dictation Module. Once uploaded, your dictation will be transcribed quickly and efficiently by seasoned Transcriptionists working locally right here in the United States.  The result is legible and accurate chart notes, medical correspondence, and patient documents.

• Use your PDA: Doctors can save voice files on their PDA which then is synchronized with their PC and automatically transmits the data to DrDocuments’ medical transcriptionists.
   
• Dial up Line (Toll Free): National Toll Free Number for system access. Dictate to our secure dictation system via 800 number or digital recorder.
   
• Digital File Transfer: Using DrDocuments’ software interface, it is easy and fast to transfer voice files to DrDocuments’ servers. Voice files are then sent to the medical transcriptionists for processing.
   
• No need for dictation equipment at your office.
   
• Strictly confidential for individual caller.
